	You will recieve a written report and The Home Maintenance Schedule within 24 hours of your completed inspection. Every condition identified during the inspection will be documented in the report. The Home Maintenance Schedule is an easy to use checklist of maintenance issues, organized by major house system.		Your written report provides you with details about every area of your home. The Home Maintenance Schedule will serve as a valuable reminder of the inspections and maintenance you should perform each month and each season.
